“ Boston dog y chilli dog (chilli and beans) están muy buenos, primer lugar en Aguascalientes donde aprecio un hot dog, jueves 2*1 en alitas hoy era cubeta y te dan una orden de alitas, poco estacionamiento ”

El tiempo de entrega rondó los 30 minutos, un margen razonable aunque quizá algo prolongado considerando que no había mucha afluencia de comensales. Opté por una hamburguesa cubana (precio: $164) y un agua de piña ($32). La bebida cumplió bien: fresca, con un dulzor equilibrado y sin exceso de jarabes. La hamburguesa, en general, resultó satisfactoria en sabor y tamaño; sin embargo, el punto del tocino dejó qué desear, ya que no alcanzó la cocción adecuada para aportar la textura crujiente que se espera en este tipo de preparación. El servicio fue cordial y atento, con personal dispuesto a orientar al cliente. Un aspecto a mejorar se encuentra en la carta: los precios no coinciden del todo con las descripciones de algunos platillos, lo que genera confusión al momento de ordenar. En mi caso, el precio exhibido no correspondió exactamente al de la hamburguesa solicitada. Un detalle agradable es el ambiente: música de rock clásico, que aporta un toque relajado, y la posibilidad de disfrutar juegos de mesa si se visita en grupo, lo que añade valor a la experiencia. En conclusión, se trata de un lugar con buena atención y ambiente acogedor, con productos de calidad aceptable, pero con áreas claras de mejora en la precisión de la carta y en el cuidado de la cocción de algunos ingredientes. ”
